I’m Marissa

Wife, mom, artist, stylist, and salon owner in Northern California. I’ve been a licensed stylist since 2011 and began teaching independently in 2015. Today, I’m grateful to run a business I love with the support of my amazing husband and our two girls, who inspire me to chase big dreams while keeping family at the center.

Art has always been my first passion. I grew up painting and drawing, and eventually discovered that hairstyling let me bring that same creativity to life behind the chair. The early years weren’t easy! There was so much to learn and plenty of moments I questioned whether I’d chosen the right path. With patience, faith, and a lot of growth, my business flourished.

Over time, I found another calling: education. For the past decade I’ve taught stylists from all over the U.S., sharing the techniques, systems, and lessons that helped me build a fulfilling career. My heart is in empowering other artists, creating community, and reminding stylists that we rise by learning together — not competing.
